What does it mean when you have a verified listing?

This is an extra icon added to your listing that tells travelers that you've gone through an extra layer of verification. It identifies you as the owner on public record and that there's no pending foreclosure on the property.

How do I cancel my Auto Renew Feature

Please contact us and we can remove this feature for you. 

The Property Owner asked me to wire funds.

Never wire funds to property owners. If a property owner ask you to wire funds contact us immediately.

Can I mix traveling professionals along with other short-term rental options?

Traveling Healthcare Professionals works on getting a traveling professional into your home. Although, there will be times between assignments that the home is left open. We work on getting the home filled during those days or weeks with a short-term renter. Could be a small family in town visiting relatives, or a couple in town visiting their child in a neighboring college. It is a great option to keep open and we can manage it!

What if I don’t have time to manage the tenant/guest while I am away?

Are pets allowed?

Many traveling professionals typically bring their 4 legged companions. Our homes are not required to allow pets, although as you scroll through the list of homes, you will see which properties/rooms allow pets.

What happens if I have to cut my trip short due to personal emergency or cancelation of my travel assignment?

This is a great question to ask the owner before you book the home. Every owner and home has different rules and guidelines for situations like this.

What charges do travelers incur?

Travelers do not incur any charges whatsoever. This is a platform for travelers to find fair and reasonable accommodations while they are out on their assignment.

How do I receive/collect payments?

We work with Cozy, for payments and background checks!

I don’t want to renew my listing. What do I do?

How should I have my house set up to host?

I found a place on another site and I want to make sure it’s not a scam. Can you help me?

We want you to be safe and protected no matter where they find your next rental. Email us at info@travelinghealthcarerentals for a free Owner Verification request, and we will send you a report from beenverified.com that tells you the owner’s name and other property details so you can make the best decision. (doesn’t verify sublets).

Can I report a property?

Yes. If a property is less than forthright or using questionable tactics, we want to know about it immediately! Property owners agree to our terms of use and are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Any property can be reported at any time.

Who do I direct my feedback to regarding a negative experience with an owner/home?

Our goal is for you to have a seamless and great experience with the properties we offer. If there is anything that is concerning we would love to hear about it.

Who can rent to travelers?

Anyone!  If you are interested and have an open home, apartment, or room, all you need to do is list your property and see who is interested.  This is especially a great option for a traveler away on assignment with a vacant home.
